Mr. Werner Paster Founding Partner Mr. Paster is a registered Professional Europa Engineer at FEANI, in Paris, France. Prior to founding EUROCONSULT in 1990, he was the President of Safety Inspection Services of TUV America. Mr. Paster's European education and extensive work with large European safety organizations made him uniquely qualified to advise Industrial Product sector clients on product safety compliance issues, from the early design phase through approval and export to the international marketplace. Mr. Jack Mulhall Product Safety Specialist Mr. Mulhall holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Utica College and Master of Science degree from the Lowell University. He has a broad range of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with General Electric, Raytheon and Norton Company. Mr. Mulhall is a Prof. Emeritus at Northeastern University following an extensive teaching career in Engineering and Cooperative Education.  He has been a consultant with our company since 1995.
